At Crunchy-ish Doula, I, Mallory, am dedicated to offering a holistic approach to your childbirth experience. As a trained professional, I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and shortly after childbirth.
My role is to be your steadfast advocate, helping you articulate and achieve your birth desires, maintain your birth plan, and adapt gracefully if unexpected changes arise. I offer personalized support throughout labor and delivery, using comfort measures and pain relief techniques such as breathing exercises, relaxation methods, massage, and optimal labor positions.
I also work closely with your partner, providing reassurance and practical guidance on how they can best support and comfort you. At Crunchy-ish Doula, I am committed to making your birth experience as empowering and fulfilling as possible.
