The Empowered Birth Class with The Crunchy-ish Doula is designed to help expecting parents in Tyler, Longview, Canton, Athens, Jacksonville, Lindale, Kilgore, Henderson, and surrounding East Texas areas feel informed, prepared, and confident for labor and delivery.
Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center birth, or home birth, this class will give you the knowledge and hands-on practice you need to navigate the process with ease.
Our class covers essential topics like comfort measures for labor, the stages of labor, breastfeeding basics, postpartum care, medical interventions, newborn behaviors, and tips for your support person.
You and your birth partner will also get hands-on practice with different birthing techniques and positions to help make labor more manageable.
This class is perfect for first-time parents and those looking for a refresher before their next baby arrives!
We meet twice a month at two convenient locations: Moxie Midwifery in Tyler, TX, and Euphoria Pediatric & Family Wellness in Canton, TX.

Classes cost $115 plus tax.
Booking requires a $55 deposit and the remaining $60 is due at the beginning of class.
